International Journal of Sport Sciences (ISSN: 2077-4532) is an international, peer-reviewed, open access journal which aims to facilitate and enhance communication across all sub-disciplines of the sport sciences. The Journal will be of interest to the growing numbers of academic researchers and students, as well as clinicians and applied practitioners in sports organisations across the world. The Journal publishes original research as well as review articles of topics of contemporary importance or interest. Moreover, this journal has a great vision to support the development of a community in which that the scientific research is embraced in the quest to uncover, understand and develop the processes involved in sports coaching and elite performance and sports scientists and coaches respect and learn from each other as they assist athletes to acquire skills by training safely and effectively, thereby enhancing their performance, maximizing their enjoyment of the sporting experience and facilitating character development .
