The Journal of Mediterranean Basin and African Civilizations (MBAC), the scientific publication organ of Ankara Hacı Bayram Veli University Mediterranean Basin and African Civilizations Application and Research Center, started its publication life in 2019 as an international e-journal. This journal will include national and international studies on language, culture, translation, history, and art about Mediterranean and African countries which have a cultural relationship with Turkey. The historical and cultural relations between Turkey and African countries of the Mediterranean languages, history, literature, art and culture at the national and international levels will be included on the original scientific studies Although research and investigation studies from all disciplines that can be evaluated in the context of social and human sciences related to Mediterranean Basin and African civilizations are taken into consideration; language, literature, translation science, history, folklore, sociology, psychology, philosophy, anthropology, archeology, art history, etc. Turkish, English, French and Arabic articles, translations, compilations and book promotions will be featured, based on the fields and their relations with other humanities
