The International Physiology (ISSN 2347-1506) publishes study of function in these systems, such as biochemistry, immunology, genetics, mathematical modeling, molecular biology, and physiological methodologies. Papers on the pathophysiological basis of disease processes of the kidney, urinary tract, and regulation of body fluids are also encouraged. Papers dealing with topics in other basic sciences that impinge on physiology are also welcome. Moreover, theoretical articles on research at any level of biological organization ranging from molecules to humans fall within the broad scope of the Journal.
