RITI is a joint effort of researchers and professors of iberoamerican universities with venue at Barcelona, Spain. This biannual journal has been created in order to publish technical articles and unpublished papers regarding computer science, informatics and its implementation. It is a journal with international dissemination through the internet; aimed to students, teachers and researchers of all areas related of information technology in Mathematics, Administration, Education, Social Science, etc. Hereby are given to know the final results as well as partials of the investigation, furthermore academic reflexions and experiences.
