The Review of Law, International Politics and Economics is an independent and non-profit peer-reviewed Open Access, academic journal committed to advancing interdisciplinary research at the nexus of law, international politics and economic policy. The journal publishes original research articles, policy analyses, case studies and book reviews spanning a wide array of subjects. These include legal theory, constitutional and regulatory systems, the interplay between law and political institutions, economic policies and financial regulation, trade and investment law, human rights and social justice, environmental law and sustainability, as well as the transformative effects of technological advancements on legal and economic structures. Key topics of interest include, but are not limited to: Legal theory and institutional frameworks (constitutional law, comparative legal systems, theoretical underpinnings of law, the rule of law and the role of international institutions in shaping legal norms). Human rights (international human rights frameworks, migration and refugee crises). International relations (geopolitical dynamics, diplomacy, international security, multilateral organizations, conflict resolution, soft power strategies, nationalism versus global cooperation and challenges to sovereignty in an interconnected world). Trade, investment and globalization (international trade law, investment treaties, dispute resolution mechanisms, regional trade agreements, protectionism, digital trade and supply chain resilience in a post-pandemic era).
