Description

Turkish Journal of Applied Social Work is the first academic journal in Turkey that publishes social work papers only in English and German. Our journal is proud to have started publication life at the end of 2018 with endless efforts of many volunteer academicians, primarily the Editorial Board members. Apart from the academicians from Turkey, the advisory board of our journal is made up with the academicians and researchers from England, the USA, Australia, Sweden, Germany, Portugal, Romania, Poland, Czech Republic, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Latvia and Slovenia. We publish two issues per year and accept the submission of original articles at international level in social work field from different countries as well as from Turkey. In our journal, data matrix application including audio and visual descriptions was administrated for the deaf and visually impaired people. This is the first application in the field in Turkey
